Iyengar Yoga with Ty Chandler

Iyengar Yoga systematically cultivates self awareness through the study of Asana (postures) and Pranayama (breathing techniques). The physical practices develop mobility, stability, strength, flexibility and alignment in both the body and mind. By paying close attention to the precision in physical actions and breathing, deeper states of Self experience are explored. There are specific practices for deep recuperation and restoration for when we are injured, ill or feeling life's stresses and strains. Iyengar Yoga is for all ages and stages of life.
